Dear Parishioners,
As we prepare to gather around our tables this Thanksgiving, I invite you to begin the day by gathering around the Lord’s Table here at St. Raphael.
Please join us for Thanksgiving Day Mass on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. Together we will give thanks to God for the many blessings we have received as individuals, as families, and as a parish community.
On Thanksgiving Day we will also take up a special collection for the Pastor’s Charitable Outreach Fund. This fund allows our parish to respond directly to those who come to our doors with immediate needs—families facing sudden hardship, individuals seeking help with food, shelter, or utilities, and those with special needs who turn to St. Raphael for assistance and hope.
Your generosity makes it possible for us to be the hands and heart of Christ to our neighbors at difficult moments in their lives. If you are able, please consider making a contribution to this fund at the Thanksgiving Mass.
May the Lord bless you and your loved ones with a peaceful, grace-filled Thanksgiving. I am grateful for the gift of your faith, your presence, and your continued support of our parish family.
With gratitude in Christ,
A Thanksgiving Meal Prayer
Good and gracious God,
We gather today with grateful hearts, mindful of Your countless blessings.
Bless the food before us, the hands that prepared it,
and the loved ones who share it.
Fill our home with peace, our hearts with compassion, and our lives
with Your grace. May we never forget those in need, and may
our gratitude move us to acts of kindness. We give You thanks
today and always, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
